The brokerage contract with Maras World Solutions S.L. is concluded by written agreement or by using our brokerage services on the basis of the property exposé and its conditions.
If the property we have listed is already known, please inform us immediately, otherwise the brokerage contract is deemed to have been accepted.
The brokerage fee is earned when the property is listed; it is based on our fee as a listing agent and is due when the purchase contract is signed at the notary appointment.
