The hotel is an old mansion dating back to the 16th century when it once belonged to the Templars. The hotel still preserves the old charm of the traditional "haciendas” with its uncluttered architecture and the typical baroque style of Seville. Nevertheless, the hotel combines perfectly the old elements with modern and innovative installations. The hotel lies about 15 km from the international airport and 30 km from Seville. Sitting amidst grounds of some 8 ha ( 20 acres) the old "hacienda” has a built area of 7.000 m² (77,000 sq f) including about 1.000 m² ( 11,000 sq f) not yet rehabilitated.
The hotel has 18 spacious and comfortable suites, each different from the other and exquisitely furnished and decorated with antique furniture, partly four-poster beds, marble foors and original old paintings. All suites dispose of warm and cold air-conditioning and have bathrooms en-suite.
The unconventional reception separates the cozy and rustic lounge from the elegant and majestic dining room with impressive open fire place.
The professional kitchen offers a unique and imaginative gastronomy with regional and international dishes employing only fresh and ecological produce.
The bar/bistro offers a wide range of delicious tapas accompanied by the typical wines of the region. Outside is a 2.5 acre formal garden and an immense swimming pool .
There is covered parking for the hotel guests besides three garages. The hotel also offers excellent possibilities for the celebration of special events and parties.
