100% registered (cadastre, registry, title deed) with electricity and water connections, rural internet (Svint and Starlink), satellite TV, Spanish TV, and an alarm system (burglary and fire, Securitas Direct). A mailbox is located near the house, with no maintenance costs; all mail arrives smoothly via Correos.
