This is the finca of a French bullfighter which has been taken over by a couple from the horse show scene and is ideal for horse breeding.
Only 2 km from the village of Chucena, this property is situated on a hill with 360 degree views! The road is paved and can be used by normal cars - there is another entrance for oversized trucks.
After passing the gate, you drive past the large pastures towards the house and the horse area, which is located at the highest point of the property. On the left-hand side is the large stable with 10 large boxes, a double-sized box, a spacious tack room and a toilet. The stable is bright and airy with high ceilings. On the roof of the stable is the photovoltaic system that supplies the entire finca with electricity.
From the stable you go out towards the covered riding arena (approx. 40x50 m) - as the previous owner was a bull breeder, it is designed in the shape of a bullfighting arena but ... if you prefer a rectangular riding arena ... it is no problem at all to remove the round walls and put them in straight. There is a large mirror that runs across the entire width of the arena. Directly next to the arena are 2 further large horse boxes.
Also under the same roof are the paths used to bring the bulls into the arena ... there is a “bridge” over this area from which you can look directly into the open riding arena (approx. 20 m in diameter) on the other side.

And you don't even need to leave the finca to go horse riding ... but if you still want to go on long riding tours, great - the 7000 ha nature reserve “Pata del Caballo” starts very close by ... here you can ride as far as your horse's legs will take you!
