Only about 8 minutes from Arcos, this finca is located on a 52,000 m2 plot with approx. 4,200 m2 of built-up area and direct access to a paved road. Halls
Building area of more than 3,700 m².
Several integrated halls with good natural and artificial lighting, sandwich and sheet metal ceilings. Office area on two levels, surrounded by windows, with several offices and toilets, equipped with air conditioning; there are also special cold storage and freezer rooms.
The building has a traffic corridor and an area for loading and unloading large vehicles, a maneuvering yard, and a vehicle parking lot.

Ballroom

Riding arena approx. 20x30 m, there is another riding arena of approx. 4,000 m2, but this is currently used for agriculture... here too, a tractor will have some work to do first.

Agriculture
The rest of the property is used for agriculture, currently for growing corn, but could be wonderfully converted into horse pastures. There is a partial irrigation system.

Electricity and water
Direct connection to the public power grid. Water is supplied via the public network and a well. Water from the water board is available for irrigating the agricultural land.
Overall, this is a property with a wide range of possible uses (one idea would be to use the large halls as paddocks and a riding hall, or ...). It has an excellent location with three access roads, as it has a main access road to the paved road (carretera) and two further access roads or dirt roads on one side and at the end of the property. The property is fenced in on all sides.
The brokerage fee (3.025% of the final agreed purchase price) is earned upon presentation of the property, is based on our remuneration as a referral broker, and is due upon signing the purchase agreement at the notary appointment.
