A place to arrive and stay - for all those who want to realize the dream of living with horses under the Andalusian sun. This special property is located just ten minutes from the historic town of Ronda, nestled in a gently rolling, green landscape. The surroundings are quiet and close to nature, yet easily accessible - an ideal retreat with excellent infrastructure for horse people with high standards.
The well-maintained riding facility is currently run as a stable with particularly good training facilities - with space for 22 horses, who enjoy a species-appropriate life in spacious paddocks. Each of the paddocks measures at least 300 m², is equipped with automatic drinking troughs and offers shady holm oaks and mobile shelters for rainy days. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that six paddocks have been specially secured for stallions - well thought out, safe and animal-friendly.
The riding facilities themselves meet the highest standards: a riding arena (20 × 60 m) with all-weather surfaces, a riding arena (20 × 40 m) particularly suitable for working with young horses and a lunging circle with a diameter of 18 m and a special surface offer the best training opportunities for customers - all year round. The 15 spacious horse boxes are spread over two levels and are complemented by three washing areas - two of which are indoors and one outdoors. There is also a tastefully equipped tack room, a cozy rider's lounge and a changing room with shower and separate toilet for daily work.
A real highlight is the charming VIP lounge with kitchenette and comfortable seating - from here you can relax and watch the training or meet up to chat, organize events or celebrate Christmas with homemade mulled wine.
The living concept is also impressive across the board:
On the second floor, there is an elegant loft apartment with around 90 m² of living space. It has a bedroom with a bathroom, a spacious open-plan kitchen and a light-flooded living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a wonderful view over the horse pastures. A small sun terrace invites you to linger - a perfect place for the first coffee of the day or a glass of wine in the evening. The living space is complemented by a separate office room with a view of the riding arena and a modern shower room with WC - ideal if living and working are to go hand in hand.
Sustainability is also a top priority here: A photovoltaic system helps with the electricity supply but there is also a normal electricity connection via Endesa (costs for this approx. 100 euros/month, two own wells supply the water. The annual property tax (IBI) is €1,400, and the stallholders currently pay €330 per horse per month if the horse lives in the paddock all year round, €510 per month if the horse is stabled overnight.
The property is in a very well-kept condition - lovingly run, with a noticeable passion for horses and people. If you wish, you can continue the existing business immediately - the stallholders show great interest in staying here in the future, as both horse keeping, training opportunities and the atmosphere on the farm are extremely good. A comparable offer in this area is hard to find - this finca is a rare opportunity for people with a heart for horses and a sense of quality.


The brokerage fee is earned with the proof of the property, it is based on our fee as a proof broker and is due upon signing the purchase contract at the notary appointment.
